He deals on daily basis with agency and distribution agreements, shareholders agreements, sales and purchase agreement, corporate transactions (capital increses, demergers, shareholders’ meetings resolutions), etc. He has assisted his clients in several successful domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.
