Valentina Apruzzi is a lawyer with a strong experience in the field of new technologies and commercial law. She has developed a specific expertise in online contracts by providing legal advice for web shops and assisting software house in the protection of software copyright and anti-piracy strategies, protection of domain names, registration and protection of trademarks. She deals with drafting and negotiating software development contracts, source code escrow.

Graduated in Law at the University of Bologna then she passed a master’s degree in Informatics and New Technology Law and she trained also as cybersecurity manager and specialist. She has been admitted in the Women4Cyber roll managed by the European Commission’s Cybersecurity Atlas.
From 2016 to 2018 she taught at Brunel University London the Internet Law I and II modules within the LLM International Business Law.
Author of several legal publications, she has been a member of the board of Altroconsumo for several years.
