Lorenzo Princivalle is a practising lawyer in Bologna. He graduated in law in 1993, cum laude<\/em>, and got a master degree in corporate law in 1995.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

He is a dual qualified lawyer: for Italy (avvocato, 1996, Bologna Bar Association no. 6732) and England and Wales (solicitor, non practising, 2012).<\/span> He is qualified to practise before the Higher Courts in Italy.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Lorenzo Princivalle has been working as an in-house lawyer for over 13 years before going back to the legal practice, when, as an Italian avvocato, he founded Princivalle Apruzzi Danielli Law Firm in Bologna in 2009.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

During his career as a practising lawyer, he has developed a sound experience in commercial law, company law and banking law, areas in which he assists both domestic and international clients.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

He also deals with mergers and acquisitions<\/strong> and contracts<\/strong><\/a> in general. He deals on daily basis with agency and distribution agreements, shareholders agreements, sales and purchase agreement, corporate transactions (capital increses, demergers, shareholders’ meetings resolutions), etc.<\/span> He has assisted his clients in several successful domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

In the banking law area<\/a>, Lorenzo Princivalle he has assisted several small banks and financial entities (\u201c<\/span>intermediari finanziari<\/span><\/i>\u201d) in relation to compliance and regulatory matters related to the Italian banking law and the Instructions issued by the Bank of Italy<\/a> and other regulatory authorities, anti-money laundering rules and contracts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Clients like him for his great problem-solving attitude, his innovative approach and his ability to think outside of the box.<\/span> He speaks and writes English fluently.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
