Profile

Lorenzo Princivalle graduated in law in 1993, cum laude, and got a master degree in corporate law in 1995. 

He is a dual qualified lawyer: for Italy (avvocato, 1996, Bologna Bar Association no. 6732) and England and Wales (solicitor, non practising, 2012). 

Lorenzo Princivalle has been working as an in-house lawyer for over 13 years before going back to the legal practice, when, as an Italian avvocato, he founded Princivalle Apruzzi Danielli Law Firm in Bologna in 2009. 

During his career, he has developed a sound experience in commercial law, company law and banking law, areas in which he assists both domestic and international clients. 

He also deals with mergers and acquisitions and contracts in general (agency and distribution agreements, shareholders agreements, sales and purchase agreement, corporate transactions, etc.). 

In the banking law area, Lorenzo Princivalle he has assisted several small banks and financial entities (“intermediari finanziari”) in relation to compliance and regulatory matters, anti-money laundering rules and contracts.

In his spare time Lorenzo enjoys running outdoors, preferably in the countryside around Bologna. He is keen on basketball.
